By the grace of God, I come among those people but it takes a lot of discipline. I eat anything I like, but after waking up in the morning, I make sure to walk or exercise.

What do you usually eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

As it is said that protein, fats, and carbs are necessary in the morning meal, so I also try to take these things by mixing them. It is said that your breakfast should be like a king, lunch like a common man, and dinner like a beggar, so I also follow the same thing. For breakfast, if it is not Tuesday or Thursday, I eat eggs, and salad and drink a glass of juice with it.

At what time do you have your last meal of the day?

I try to eat by seven to eight o'clock, but our working hours are a little different, so I try to have dinner three to four hours before sleeping.

Are you an early riser or a night owl?

I want to become an early riser but this has not been possible for many years. My father also wants me to wake up early and sleep early but this is not happening but efforts are on. To be honest, it is not difficult to wake up early but it is difficult to sleep early.

What is your favorite meal of the day?

Normally there should be breakfast but I like dinner more. Because when you are tired after working all day, you feel like eating something good and food has the power to calm you down and make you happy.

What is your favorite cuisine?

If you had asked me the same question a few years ago, I would have taken the name of some other cuisine, but after trying so many cuisines and after all the traveling I have done, I have understood that unless you eat Indian, you will not be satisfied. And even if the stomach is certainly full, the mind is not satisfied.

According to you, what is the best time to work out?

I think morning is the best time. Although the time of waking up in the morning is different for every person, I think that when you wake up in the morning, then it is good when you do exercise without eating anything because you have already fasted for a few hours and after fasting, Working out is very good. And this thing works very well for me.

Is there anything that you do not include in your diet at all?

I try to eat as little non-vegetarian food as possible, although I do eat eggs. I don't eat flour and I don't eat all the things that come in junk food. Along with flour, I also avoid oily food. And it is not that healthy foods are not tasty, they are also very good and very good options are also available in Bombay. And local home food is the best.

Golgappa is called Panipuri in the Bombay language. I am a very big chook, so along with golgappas, I like to have Dahi Puri, Bhel Puri, and Aloo Tikki, even if they are oily or not. All this food also works sometimes.

If you have cheat days, what do you like to eat on that day?

Although I avoid non-veg, sometimes if I feel like it on a cheat day, I eat butter chicken.

If you had to give any tips to your fans, what would you like to say?

Nowadays, because of social media, everyone has become so knowledgeable that everyone knows what to do. As I said, you should eat food three to four hours before sleeping and avoid refined flour and oily food. Do not drink water immediately after eating and if you wish, sit in Vajrasana. These are all small tips which if you do, will be good for you. I think you are what you eat, so be careful about what you eat. If you eat healthy food, your mood will be good and your mind will be happy and you will be able to live healthily and happily for a long time.
