SHANKAR'S 2.0 SHATTERS ALL BUDGET LIMITS!

2018's most-awaited film 2.0 starring Thalaiva Rajinikant and Khiladi Akshay Kumar has been making headlines ever since its inception. Director Shankar is also leaving no stone unturned to ensure that his film gets all the attention. And to make this happen, the makers of the film are not holding back at all and the film is set to surpass Baahubali as India’s most expensive film ever.

According to an entertainment portal, it has come to light that 2.0’s budget has exceeded INR 400 crores! This makes it the costliest film in Indian history till date. Earlier there were reports that the cost of the film is somewhere between INR 300-350 crores but it seems that it’s much more than that.

The makers have also decided to spend a huge chunk of money on its music launch. The makers of the sci-fi project will reportedly spend INR 12 crore on this event that will take place on 27 October in Dubai. Bollywood Hungama also reported that the team of 2.0 has already booked three chartered planes for transportation to the grand event. Further details about the event have not been revealed yet. The huge amount of money being spent on the event is expected to grab everyone's attention like its  poster launch event.

The makers of the film recently gave an insight to the fans into the world of 2.0 when Shankar shared a video on his Twitter account giving a sneak peek into the technology used in the making of this mammoth project.
