Marathi Films Get The Malayali Touch, With Director Sijo Rocky

Lately the trend in Marathi films is changing. The increasing experimentation in Marathi films & the spontaneous approval of the audience has attracted Bollywood & other regional film makers too. But not stopping at that, a famous name from Malayalam industry is entering the world of Marathi films. Director Sijo Rocky, through Wizard Productions is soon coming with the Marathi film Preetam, a beautiful love story in a different style. Sijo Rocky & Wizard Productions, are reputed names in Malayalam industry, who have left their mark in the field of production & advertising. Preetam is his debut in Marathi films. Sijo Rocky said, ‘’Marathi films are content oriented and we are happy to step into the world of Marathi films.’’ The movie is being produced by Faizal, Nithin & Sijo. The screenplay and dialogues are written by Ganesh Pandit, the songs are written by Guru Thakur. Art direction is by Sandeep Rawde & Editing is by Jayant Jathar. The Script by Sujit Kurup, The Cinematography is by Om Prakash & Music is by Viswajith. The co producers are Jayakumar Nair and Rafeeq T.M. Ganesh Divekar is the Executive producer. The shooting of film Preetam will commence in Konkan Soon.
