Elvish Yadav will remain in jail for 14 days

Let us tell you that Elvish Yadav was called for questioning by Noida Police on Sunday, March 17, 2024. After interrogation, the police arrested Elvish Yadav. Police have taken action in the case of smuggling of snake venom. The police arrested him and presented him in court, from where Elvish Yadav was sent to jail for 14 days.

Know what the matter is?

In the case of the supply of snake venom at rave parties, Noida Police had sent samples to Jaipur FSL. In the FSL report, the venom of the Cobra-krait species of snake was found. In the year 2023, the People for Animals (PFA) organization filed a complaint and later Noida Police raided a banquet hall located in Sector 51 and arrested five people. In its FIR, the PFA accused Elvish of being involved in organizing rave parties where foreigners are invited and arranging for poisonous snakes. In this case, a case has been registered against the snake charmers including famous YouTuber Elvish Yadav in Sector 49 police station. The FIR was lodged by NGO PFA. The snake charmers were sent to jail. Snake venom was recovered from the possession of the snake charmers and was sent to FSL Lab for testing.
