After which has now invested in a big property deal in Mumbai. His mother Mala had transacted crores on behalf of Karthik Aryan for an apartment in Juhu.

Let us tell you that Karthik Aryan is on high in his personal life and he has invested in big property. Karthik has bought a house worth crores in a posh area of suburban Mumbai. Earlier this year, it was reported that Karthik Aryan has rented Shahid Kapoor's Juhu house for Rs 7.5 lakh per month and now Karthik Aryan has bought a new property around the same. According to a news portal, Karthik Aryan has bought an apartment in Juhu, where his family has a home, and has paid Rs 17.50 crore for it.

Karthik Aryan has already invested in the apartment

Karthik, on the other hand, finalized the deal for this 1,916 sq ft apartment at Presidency Co-operative Housing in Juhu on 30 June. On behalf of the actor, his mother Mala Tiwari was involved in the deal. The said property is on the second floor of the Siddhi Vinayak Building in the Presidency Cooperative Housing Society, where Karthik's family lives on the eighth floor. The actor reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore and got parking for two cars as part of the deal. And in the year 2019, Karthik invested Rs 1.60 crore for a 459 sq ft apartment in Versova.
