Shweta Rohira has been having a rather colourful week! The actor visited Kumbh mela recently her pictures on Instagram are enough to describe her Kumbh Expedition.

We got to see the holy and spiritual side of the actor. She has always spoken about how she wants to see Kumbh mela as it is one of the largest human gatherings in the world.

She started her Kumbh journey by enjoying a boat ride at Triveni Sangam, the meeting of three rivers. The Triveni Sangam is a sacred place for Hindus. A bath here said to flush away all of one’s sins and free one from the cycle of rebirth.

She even enjoyed an e-rickshaw ride at the Sangam river bank and clicked pictures at the world participation selfie point. She was also seen meeting babas and enjoying the purity of the place, walking around the huts of the babas and pandits in her pictures. Shweta in her blog wrote, about the city Prayagraj, “I felt the city was reborn with every wall, corners, pillars of the city being painted. It looks like the universe has showered the city with colours.” She also appreciated the government of UP for such great arrangements for the devotees and cleanliness of the place as our PM Narendra Modi has kept his “Swaccha Bharat” initiative intact with the Kumbh Mela of 2019.

She, in her blog, writes that people should visit Kumbh and see its extravagance as the UP government has gone all out to make it “Divya Kumbh, Bhavya Kumbh”.
